Global Program Manager

Job Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of inlingua language, culture, testing, and developmental programs for large and medium-sized domestic and international corporate clients using experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions.
- Act as the main point of contact, provide ongoing support, and increase client retention and expansion through regular communication, meetings, and demonstrations with corporate clients, including Spanish only speakers in our Latin American (LATAM) portfolio. using written and spoken communication skills at a CREF Level C1/IRL level 3+.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new corporate and individual LATAM clients through regular engagement and support, provide information about all inlingua language tools and assist in determining appropriate inlingua language tools solutions based on their language acquisition needs.
- Manage delivery of language learning programs including pre-sales support, solution design, planning, and day-to-day responsibility for program implementation, program operations, and quality of delivery.
- Create and execute project plans.
- Determine course and implement teacher training on the use of inlingua materials in English, Spanish, or French, using language proficiency in Spanish at CERF Level A2/ ILR Level 1, and French at an CERF Level A2/ ILR Level 1.
- Coordinate with Company’s Marketing and Billing departments to meet deliverables, resolve client issues, and motivate team members in a matrixed reporting structure.
- Identify obstacles to program success, develop strategies for resolution, and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully overcome issues by prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Guide prospective learners through the inlingua enrollment processes by communicating technology requirements, time commitment, and available student and Learning Center support, using experience in the Language Education Sector.
- Create and execute project plans based on the interpretation of placement test results in English, Spanish, and French using prior experience interpreting placement test results in English, Spanish, and French languages.
- Create and maintain accurate contact history and necessary updates in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to manage potential learners during each stage of the enrollment cycle using Word and Excel Microsoft Office applications.
Special Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the Language Education Sector.
- Prior experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions.
- Proficiency in Spanish at a CREF Level C1/IRL Level 3+.
- Proficiency in French at a CERF Level A2/ ILR Level 1.
- Demonstrable ability and prior experience in creating and executing language education project plans.
- Demonstrable ability and prior experience interpreting placement test results in English, Spanish, and French languages.
- Demonstrable ability and prior experience in motivating team members in a matrixed reporting structure.
- Demonstrable ability and prior experience using Microsoft Office including Excel applications.
- Prior experience and demonstrable ability in prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Travel: Domestic travel up to 3 trips per month, up to 3 days per trip. International travel up to 2 trips per year, up to 5 days per trip.
Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
